Who are we ?
A major player in the production of organic virgin vegetable oils, Groupe Emile specialises in the first cold pressing of fruits and oil seeds.
It has a modern crushing unit with a capacity of 6,000 tonnes/year and high adaptability.
A long-standing supplier – since 1972 – of the food and cosmetics industries, Groupe Emile has created Groupe Emile Ingrédients & Solutions, a division dedicated to industry sales, in order to meet its customers’ requirements.
In its constant quest for excellence, the company offers oils and ingredients that comply with the European Organic standard (certified by Ecocert).
Its range now spans more than 35 organic vegetable oils.

From seed to oil
Acceptance and preparation of the seeds
Seeds are directly received into our Mill. They are subject of controls analyses to test the quality. Seeds are then after prepared.
Seeds Crushing
In a first step, seeds are first cold pressed with low temperature. The obtained oil is then settled into a subterranean tank.
Oil filtration
This step allows to take off impurities and clarify the oil by taking off Waxes.
